Chad Hirtle Memorial Fund Golf Classic

Date:  Monday, August 17, 2011 8:00 am (Shotgun start, rain or shine)

Place:  D.W. Field Golf Club - Brockton MA  Take Route 24 to Route 27 (exit 18B, towards Stoughton).  Continue on Route 27 to the 3rd set of lights then take a right on Oak street. and follow for approximately 2.5 miles.  D.W. Fields Golf Course will be on your left, just after the 3rd traffic light.

Rules:  Club rules will be strongly adhered to.

Dinner:   VFW In Avon  Immediately following the tournament a dinner will be served at the VF in Avon.  Take a left onto Main street. towards Avon.  Just after the Brockton/Avon line take a right onto School street, follow to VFW.  Raffles and 50/50 drawing.

Openings:  Tournament limited to 36 foursomes.  MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY THE START OF THE TOURNAMENT ON AUGUST 17, 2011.
