Chad's Legacy

WHAT MADE CHAD- CHAD?

If passion for life and acts of kindness are the measure of a person, Chad left a long legacy of love...

CHAD AND HIS WIFE BARBARA WERE HIGH SCHOOL SWEETHEARTS AND ATTENDED THEIR JUNIOR AND SENIOR PROMS TOGETHER.

CHAD BUILT HIS OWN HOME BEFORE HE AND BARBARA WERE MARRIED.

CHAD WAS A DEVOTED FATHER TO HIS BELOVED CHILDREN AAUNDREA, CHAD, AND ZACHARY.  HE LOVED TO TAKE THE KIDS TO BASEBALL AND FOOTBALL GAMES AND THE BEACH.

CHAD WAS A LOYAL EMPLOYEE OF PIERCE REFRIGERATION OF WEST BRIDGEWATER FOR OVER 16 YEARS.

CHAD SHOWED HIS LOVE BY HOW HARD HE WORKED.  HE WAS ALWAYS THE FIRST ONE THERE AT ANY HOUR FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND NEVER TOOK A DIME.

CHAD RENOVATED HIS MOTHER AND FATHER-IN-LAW'S BATHROOM WHILE THEY WERE AWAY ON VACATION.

CHAD FOUND OUT A FAMILY MEMBER SPENT THEIR LAST $42 ON FOOD- SO HE HAND PICKED AND DELIVERED $250 IN GROCERIES.

CHAD SURPRISED A FAMILY MEMBER AT CHRISTMAS BY SHOWING UP WITH BAGS FULL OF PRESENTS FOR THE KIDS.

CHAD LOVED BABIES.  ONCE WHEN A BABY GRAND NIECE WAS OVER HIS HOUSE, EVEN THOUGH EXHAUSTED WHEN HE GOT HOME FROM WORK, HE INSISTED ON CUDDLING AND PLAYING WITH HER.

CHAD LOVED ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE OUTDOORS.

CHAD ALWAYS SHOWED UP.

CHAD LOVED TO PLAY.

CHAD WAS DEEPLY LOVED, AND LOVED DEEPLY.

CHAD WOULD WANT HIS LIFE CELEBRATED, NOT MOURNED.

You know a dream is like a river, Ever changin' as it flows, And a dreamer's just a vessel, That must follow where it goes, Trying to learn from what's behind you. And never knowing what's in store, Makes each day a constant battle, Just to stay between the shores.

And I will sail my vessel, 'Til the river runs dry, Like a bird upon the wind, These waters are my sky, I'll never reach my destination, If I never try, So I will sail my vessel,'Til the river runs dry.
Too many times we stand aside, And let the waters slip away, 'Til what we put off 'til tomorrow, It has now become today, So don't you sit upon the shoreline, And say you're satisfied, Choose to chance the rapids, And dare to dance that tide.
And I will sail my vessel, 'Til the river runs dry, Like a bird upon the wind, These waters are my sky, I'll never reach my destination, If I never try, So I will sail my vessel, 'Til the river runs dry.
There's bound to be rough waters,  And I know I'll take some falls, With the good Lord as my captain, I can make it through them all.
And I will sail my vessel, 'Til the river runs dry, Like a bird upon the wind, These waters are my sky, I'll never reach my destination, If I never try, So I will sail my vessel, 'Til the river runs dry.
